Due to guarantees for venue and catering, refunds for registration cancellations are limited. Please review the following refund policy: Full Refunds – Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference will receive a full refund less any registration processing fees. 50% Refunds – Cancellations within 30 days but more than two weeks prior to the start of the conference will be subject to a 50% refund less any registration processing fees. No Refunds – Cancellations within two weeks of the start of the conference will not be eligible for a refund. Substitution Policy: Substitutions are welcome! Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of refund.
